Yesterday, woke up with my throat hurting some, a slight headache and light fever. Uh oh. Popped the good old Advil, things got better and headed out to the sugar shack. At some point, over there, the Advil gave up, and apparently, I really looked like shit, as everyone was commenting on my un-lively skin colors...
Went to the doctor today, looks like a tonsilitis. Wow, haven't had that since I was in first year of cégep! Got Tylenol and![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

Now, back to bed for some more reading, possibly even napping!

Date: 2005-04-18 04:02 pm (UTC)I was a little disappointed in the performance of my immune system (today, I took my first sick day in 7 years!) recently, as I got mild sicknesses a number of times since last june, but the fact that I'm getting better by myself, with no antibiotics, returns a bit of my faith in my immune system. :-)
