I set up my alarm for 9am, this morning, which failed to work, but I've got a wake-up call at 10am from lady [livejournal.com profile] azrhey, who is helping me out, so I got up then. Still, no too bad, it's getting there.

When I got woken up, I was having a discussion in dream with [livejournal.com profile] denizsarikaya, where she was reminding me that I had forgotten something. "Pierre, have you forgotten something?" — "Oh, yes, I have forgotten many things!" But not nearly everything. It was a fun dream, though, not sad, except I keep having the feeling I did forget something important, since I woke up. Damn.

They cleaned the snow in my street. So they even cleaned my car away. Ugh.

Update! Found the car! Whew.

That sucks. Did they go by with the tootle-tootle we're-going-to-tow-you alarm? Or was it just not enough to rouse you from your dreams?

Nah, the car was gone when I arrived yesterday. So that isn't what I have forgotten.

Ooh, I hope your car didn't go through the snow blower. I'm not sure insurance covers that.

That's like not being able to get earthquake coverage in California. I bet you can get it here though. I wonder if you can get snowblower coverage in California.

Hmm.

While reading this message in Thunderbird 1.5, a large <color> banner appeared at the top with the words "Thunderbird thinks this may be an email scam."

Shame on you! Your scam was so subtle that I had completely failed to notice it!

I assure you, faithful customer, that our snowblower coverage is not a scam. <aside>At least, no more so than the rest of the insurance industry.</aside>

Actually, it's easier to get earthquake insurance in California! At least it used to be. I know that they have (had) it in California from watching the news while I was there. I asked about it here and it is not available.
