Don't really do that, but sometimes, I feel like doing that.

It's just a semi-typical love song, but I really love the sound the music has and the rhythm the lyrics have. The "are you all right - I must be fine cause my heart's still beating" part hooks me, because it's the kind of thing I'd say!
