We apologize once more for the delay, it turns out that the Phase II CD/DVDs were finished the last week of September, but did not get properly packaged and shipped out until this week. They are coming from the US so they should start arriving in Europe next week. Please have a little more patience.
The new version of neubauten.org will be back up by the end of this week.
