The weekend. It was awesome. I spent most of the weekend in bed, watching Firefly (for the first time). Goodness. azrhey and I made a brief escapade to gorbash_dragon's housewarming party. I broke a glass, but it was actually a vase (which I was drinking from, of course). All hailed the flag of France.

Today, biked to work, only to find one of my colleague saying I must have spat on him. I wonder a bit, then he explained that he has been feeling a bit iffy. Heh, just as I predicted. He was a bit disappointed to know that I had a tonsilitis a few days before, wished him good luck with that.

It also appears that I will be in "mad scientist mode" at work for a bit. This makes me greatly happy! I shall wage war on sanity throughout our codebase. If any of my coworkers are reading this, do not worry, I shall be doing so in a separate branch.

musicdieu left friday, for a trip to China. I'm confident I'll see him again, I most likely will visit Waterloo once or twice in the coming year. Some other people will be departing all too soon...

I'll keep that exercise in mind for the day when I finally get around to learning C++ in a non "hmm, wonder if this works" way :-S
