Fringing in Ottawa

I had a pretty quiet friday night, wandering around and finally settling down at Hurley's to have a few pints and gawk at the hot redhead fiddler that was playing in the band tonight. The guitar players were also pretty damned good ("I came for the redhead and I stayed for the guitars"?). I felt in a bit of an emotive reminiscing mood, but these come once in a while, I just let them through me...

Yesterday morning, I proved without the shadow of a doubt that I have a "boob sense", not unlike Spiderman's "spidey sense", but for boobs instead of danger. In the afternoon, after some nice breakfast of omelette chourizo (not chouriço!), azrhey and I attempted to do some more tidying of the apartment to finish it off, but we mostly looked at nudes of Angelina Jolie on the Internet instead. Aherm. :-)

Went to the Mad Hatter's for some celebration of galialuna's birthday. We even sang to her, causing her no end of shame! There was two guys with us who were both rather entertaining and annoying. I couldn't resist teasing blacksquiggles about tongue, 'cause, you know, that's what I do!

Now, I'm going to Ottawa. I'll go see "S.M.I.L.E. While You D.I.E.", by and with serendipity_wpg. Obligatory Colonnades Pizza expected, of course.

I had wanted to see "S.M.I.L.E. While You D.I.E." when I was in Ottawa, but missed the show again.
