pphaneufI miss someone, but not in the bad "I cry myself to sleep" way, rather in a cool "brings a smile to my face" way. Something reminds me of her, and I grin. I don't know how one way rather than the other comes to be, and I wish I knew (so I could bias it!), but I only ever knew the other kind before, so this comes as a nice surprise.
I've been thinking about the kind of girls I'm attracted to recently, and I find myself rather puzzled by the variety. Long hair, short hair, blonde, redhead, brunette, caucasian, asian, middle-eastern, tall, short, average, heavy, thin, not so thin... And it's not like I've been in love so many times, I got through all of this with about six girls total, over 15 years. Strange, I can't really say what is "my type". No one is safe!
Assembled some shelves for my study, installed my desk-top shelf, emptied box into them, combined leftovers in less boxes, good stuff! I can actually go straight to my computer now. Still plenty to do, but there's the smell of sanity in the air (and apparently, it smells like pine wood).
