Selling myself short?

It's been a few times that azrhey has asked me why I sell myself short. My initial thought is that I'm just kidding. Then, if prodded some more, I'll say that I don't mind making fun of myself. Maybe I am selling myself short? I should try being full of myself for a bit, and see how that goes.
